Users agree that all transactions are between the customer and contractor.

We are not liable for damages, disputes, or service outcomes.

Communications

Contractors / Business Owners (Platform SMS)

Contractors may opt in to receive SMS notifications from Home Services Marketplace (for example, new lead alerts and account notifications) by enabling SMS alerts inside their account dashboard. SMS opt-in is not required to use the platform and is not enabled by default.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Customers (Contractor Contact)

By submitting a request through this platform, you consent to your contact details being shared with participating contractors so they can respond to your inquiry and provide quotes. Contractors may contact you by email, phone call, or text message. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and the contractor you engage.

Home Services Marketplace does not send marketing text messages to customers.
