This platform connects customers with independent contractors. We do not guarantee the quality, licensing, or performance of any service provider.

Users agree that all transactions are between the customer and contractor.

We are not liable for damages, disputes, or service outcomes.

Subscriptions & Billing

Business listings and platform tools are available through a paid monthly or annual subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

AI-Powered Tools

The platform provides AI-generated estimates and AI-generated room design renderings as tools to assist contractors and homeowners. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to use, and not to represent AI-generated estimates or designs to clients as guaranteed final pricing or guaranteed achievable outcomes. AI-powered features may be subject to monthly usage limits as described in your subscription plan.

Contractor Data & Client Information

Contractors retain ownership of their own client relationships and the information they enter about their projects, estimates, invoices, and appointments. Home Services Marketplace provides the tools to manage this information but does not claim ownership of a contractor's client data.

Communications

Contractors / Business Owners (Platform SMS)

Contractors may opt in to receive SMS notifications from Home Services Marketplace (for example, new lead alerts and account notifications) by enabling SMS alerts inside their account dashboard. SMS opt-in is not required to use the platform and is not enabled by default.

Customers (Contractor Contact)

By submitting a request through this platform, you consent to your contact details being shared with participating contractors so they can respond to your inquiry and provide quotes. Contractors may contact you by email, phone call, or text message. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and the contractor you engage.

Home Services Marketplace does not send marketing text messages to customers.
