Third-Party Service Providers

Photos you upload for AI estimates or AI room renderings are sent to our AI processing providers solely to generate your results. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. Please refer to each provider's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data submitted through their services.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website and mobile apps. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your interactions with our site, your device and browser type, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and a randomly assigned identifier. We use this information to measure and improve our services.

We also use cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping your account secure. These are set by our authentication provider.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.

Data Retention & Requests

We retain account and project information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time at https://homeservices-us.com/delete-account, from the Account page in your dashboard, or by contacting us. When an account is deleted, we cancel the subscription and remove the owner's personal login and contact information. We keep business records, including invoices and payment history, as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Information About Contractors' Clients

Contractors who use our platform may enter information about their own clients, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, photos, estimates, invoices, appointments, and messages. We store and process this information on the contractor's behalf to provide the service. We do not use it for our own marketing and we do not sell it. If you are a contractor's client and want to access or delete information about you, please contact the contractor or contact us using the details below.

Children

Our service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Customers

If you provide your phone number through our website, we may share it with participating contractors so they can contact you regarding your request. Contractors may contact you by phone call or text message. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and the contractor you engage.

Home Services Marketplace does not send marketing text messages to customers. If you have questions about communications related to your request, please contact us.

Messages Sent Through the Platform

When a contractor uses the platform to send an invoice, estimate, appointment invitation, or design preview, we send that message by email or text message to the contact details the contractor provided, on the contractor's behalf. These messages relate to the contractor's work for you and are not marketing messages from us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages from our number.

Contractors / Business Owners

Contractors may opt in to receive SMS notifications from Home Services Marketplace (for example, new lead alerts and account notifications) by enabling SMS alerts in their account dashboard. SMS opt-in is not required to use the platform and is not enabled by default.

We do not sell mobile information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes unrelated to your requested service or contractor notifications.
