No. Leads from the Home Services Marketplace are included in your subscription. We never charge per lead, and customers contact you directly.
How quickly will I get leads?
Once you subscribe and complete your profile, your listing goes live in the marketplace. Lead volume depends on your trade, service area, and local demand, so we can't guarantee a specific number of leads. Your business tools, like estimates, invoices, and scheduling, work from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard under Manage Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do I keep all the money from my jobs?
Yes, 100%. We don't take a cut of customer payments. You set your own prices and keep everything you earn.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Home Services Marketplace is available on Android, with the iPhone app coming soon. Everything also works in your phone's browser.
Can I add a custom service category?
Yes. If your service category isn't listed, sign up and contact us. We can add custom categories for your business.
